Products

The products available on the Site for online purchase are items for which Shylock Srl guarantees absolute authenticity and correspondence to the images displayed on the site. All products are subject to current availability. Bagalier.com reserves the right to change at any time the quantity limits and/or types of goods that can be purchased on the site. Customers will be promptly informed if their order cannot be fulfilled due to the unavailability of the ordered product.

Prices and Currency:

Bagalier.com constantly checks that all prices listed on the site are correct, although this cannot guarantee the absence of errors. In the event of a pricing error for a product, Bagalier.com will give the customer the option to confirm the purchase at the correct price or to cancel it.
All products are subject to Italian VAT at 22%, in accordance with current regulations, and this is already included in the item’s price.
If the shipping address is in a country outside the European Union, according to Art. 8, D.P.R. No. 633/1972, the goods are not subject to VAT. Any applicable customs duties and taxes will be calculated and applied by the local customs authorities.
For all other countries, the DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) formula is applied, meaning the courier may present a separate invoice requesting payment of duties and taxes as required by local authorities.
Orders are always invoiced in Euros and match the Euro prices published on our website.
If accessing the site from foreign countries through the UK or Russia Stores, prices may be shown in currencies other than the Euro. In such cases, the amount charged to the customer's credit card (not in Euros) may vary, as it is based on fluctuating exchange rates and bank fees.
BAGALIER.COM encourages customers to contact their bank for further information.

Products branded "Le Creuset" may not be sold outside the European Union, with the exception of the United Kingdom and Norway.

Products branded "Bric's" may not be sold in Canada, Australia, the United States, and the United Kingdom.

Payment methods accepted by bagalier

Credit Card:

Purchases can be made using Visa, MasterCard, and Carta Aura. At the time of purchase, customers enter their credit card details into a secure electronic banking system, with the highest level of security guaranteed by HiPay (https://hipay.com/it/) or PayPal (www.paypal.com/it). Therefore, the data is not entered into the Bagalier system but directly into the chosen payment platform. BAGALIER.COM customer service representatives are in no way authorized to request credit card numbers and/or expiration details.
Please do not provide such information under any circumstances. If you are asked to do so, please contact BAGALIER.COM immediately at help@bagalier.com . 
If sufficient funds are available and the bank details provided are valid, Bagalier will instantly send the customer a confirmation email for the successful transaction. The charge will occur only after the goods have been shipped.

Bank Transfer:

When choosing Bank Transfer as the payment method, the customer automatically sends an order request to BAGALIER.COM. This order request is confirmed by an email from BAGALIER.COM containing our bank details. The goods will be reserved only upon confirmation of payment, awaiting receipt of the transfer in our account, and for a maximum of 5 days. Customers are encouraged to email a copy of the payment receipt to expedite the order processing. The customer must ensure that the bank transfer is executed according to the instructions in the order confirmation email, always including the order number as the payment reference. The ordered goods will not be reserved until proof of payment is provided. Shipping will take place once the transfer has been received in our bank account. With this payment method, we cannot guarantee 24-hour shipping.

PayPal:

By selecting PayPal, customers can pay directly via their verified PayPal account.Payments made from unverified PayPal accounts will be canceled. Using PayPal with a verified account eliminates banking verification delays, and shipping will be immediate.

Scalapay:

Scalapay is a safe and convenient alternative payment method that allows customers to receive their products immediately and pay in three equal monthly installments.There are no additional costs for the customer, provided payments are made by their due dates.
If you purchase with Scalapay, you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments.Please note that the installments will be assigned to Incremento SPV S.r.l., affiliated entities, and their assignees, and you authorize such assignment.

At the time of purchase, the first installment (one-third of the total value) will be charged immediately.
The following two installments will be charged on a monthly basis:

  • First installment: at the time of purchase
  • Second installment: 1 month from the purchase date
  • Third and final installment: 2 months from the purchase date

To use Scalapay, select it as your payment method at checkout. You will be redirected to the Scalapay portal to complete your order. Follow the instructions to create an account, or log in if you already have one. Add a payment method from which the installments will be withdrawn and complete the order in just a few clicks.

Cash on Delivery (COD) (Italy only):

With Cash on Delivery, the customer chooses to pay the total order amount directly to the courier upon delivery. Payment must be made in cash only.
An additional fee of €5 applies for COD orders, visible in the cart and on the invoice/receipt.
COD is only available for deliveries within Italy and is not available for the following brands: Tucano, DuDu, Antica Toscana, Nuvola Pelle.

Placing Orders

Shopping on Bagalier is truly easy and fast.
Simply select one or more products using the “Add to Cart” button and follow the step-by-step checkout process. 
You can make a purchase either by registering on the site or by using the quick checkout option, which allows you to buy without creating an account by selecting “Continue as Guest.” Creating an account ensures a smoother and faster checkout experience, as well as access to your order history, returns, and the status of current orders.

Order Status

Once an order is completed, the customer will receive a confirmation email. From that moment, the order is considered to be in the care of Bagalier, which will proceed with preparing the shipment — except in cases of unforeseen events or force majeure, which will always be promptly communicated to the customer via email or a phone call from Bagalier Customer Service. 
When the order is shipped, the customer will receive a shipment confirmation email. Depending on the chosen shipping method, the customer will receive either a tracking number, or an email/SMS from the courier with the shipment details, including the estimated delivery date and time window. 
You can also track the status of your order by logging into your personal account on Bagalier, provided it was created before the purchase. 
For any questions about the status of your order or its shipment, the customer can contact Customer Service by writing to help@bagalier.com, making sure to include the order reference number. Bagalier Customer Service can also be reached by calling the landline number (+39) 0733 866 929, available Monday to Friday (10:00–12:00, 15:00–17:00, excluding holidays).

Order Processing

Orders can be placed 24/7.
Orders are shipped by BAGALIER.COM from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. 
Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed starting from the next business day. 
Unless otherwise specified in the product description, items are available in stock and will be processed promptly for shipping.
In the unlikely event of discrepancies, they will be promptly communicated to the customer, who will have the right to cancel the purchase. 
BAGALIER.COM reserves the right to refuse orders to anyone at any time.

Shipping

Shipping Terms

All orders are processed as quickly as possible by our warehouse. Orders are typically handed over to the courier within 1 business day from the completion of the order, except in exceptional cases.
Delivery is carried out based on the shipping method chosen during checkout, and always starting from 24 hours after the shipping confirmation email is sent.
Our warehouse therefore reserves up to 1 business day to prepare and ship orders.
For orders shipped from third-party logistics providers, processing may take up to 48 hours. 
Orders paid by bank transfer will be processed and shipped only after the payment has been received. In such cases, the 24-hour processing time starts from the moment the payment is credited.

Shipping Costs Within Europe

For all orders, regardless of the amount, shipping costs will be charged. The amount may vary depending on the destination country and are clearly shown during the purchase process. All countries are served by leading courier services.
As specified in the Prices section, Bagalier uses the DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) shipping method, meaning the courier may present a separate invoice requesting payment of duties and taxes required by local authorities.

Promos and gifts

Promotional Codes and Vouchers

BAGALIER.COM may distribute discount codes or promotional vouchers through its Newsletter, Homepage, Social Media pages, in printed format at its retail locations, or after a purchase. These codes and vouchers can be used in the online store and may be entered manually or automatically applied in the shopping cart during checkout in the designated field.
Each code or voucher has a start and end date of validity, and this time limit cannot be extended under any circumstances. Promotions and offers may sometimes not be combined with other ongoing offers, such as other discount codes or seasonal sales.

Gift Wrapping and Personalized Greeting Card

During checkout on BAGALIER.COM, it is possible to select the gift option for your order.
Gift wrapping costs €2 and includes the item being packaged in a Bagalier-branded shopper. You can also choose to add a customized greeting card, which will be printed exactly as written by the customer at the time of purchase. 
In the rare case that the selected item cannot be shipped with gift wrapping, Bagalier Customer Service will contact the customer to inform them. In such cases, the gift wrapping fee will not be charged and will be refunded if already paid.
When the “Gift Wrapping” option is selected, no invoice or receipt showing the price of the item will be included in the shipment. A copy of the invoice or receipt can always be downloaded from the customer’s account.

Returns

The Customer may return purchased products if they are found to be defective, damaged, or not as ordered. This right can be exercised within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods. Any defects, inconsistencies, or imperfections in the product must be reported within 7 days of delivery and strictly before the product is used. 

*IMPORTANT* 
In the case of a return due to DAMAGE CAUSED DURING TRANSPORT, if the Customer does not write “SUBJECT TO INSPECTION” with the relevant reason at the time of delivery, it will not be possible to request a return

Instructions to Request a Return:
Returns can be requested by logging into your Bagalier account, selecting the order, and then the items you wish to return.
Alternatively, you can contact Bagalier Customer Service at the following email: help@bagalier.com or by phone at (+39) 0733 866 929, available Monday to Friday (10:00–12:00, 15:00–17:00, excluding public holidays).. Please include your order reference number and the items you wish to return in your request.
The customer will then need to wait for the return instructions and follow them as outlined in the email.

Recommendations for a Proper Return 

The returned merchandise must match the items listed on the purchase receipt. The receipt must be included in the return package, as it is required to identify the return when it arrives at our warehouse.
 
Returned items must not have been worn, washed, or damaged, and must not show signs of perfume or mistreatment.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to the sender. 
Returned goods must arrive with intact original tags or labels and with their original internal packaging (e.g., dust bags, original shoe/accessory boxes, etc.).

The external shipping box can be different from the original Bagalier packaging, as long as it is properly sealed, clean, and appropriately sized for the item being returned.
Items shipped without a box or poorly sealed will be refused upon arrival and returned to the sender. 
Please consider return shipping times, which can vary between 2 to 7 business days, depending on the courier and shipping origin (excluding exceptional cases). 

Note: BAGALIER.COM often includes promotional codes or other offers with orders. If the customer decides to return an item, these promotions can still be kept and used at any time. 

Refund Processing Time:
Upon receipt of the return, Bagalier will issue a refund within 5 business days, provided all return requirements are met.
During sales, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be longer, and the warehouse may take up to 10 business days.

Refunds are issued promptly, only after the returned goods arrive at our facility and pass inspection. 

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are covered by the seller, who will provide a prepaid return shipping label

Refund Method:

The refund amount will be credited back to the same card or account used for the original payment.
If payment was made by bank transfer, please provide your IBAN at the time of return confirmation to receive the refund.

Please allow time for your bank to process the refund. If payment was made in cash on delivery, please provide your IBAN and full account holder name when confirming the return.

If not provided, a store credit voucher will be issued for the refunded amount, and its validity will be communicated upon creation.
Customers who used an installment payment method will be refunded for the paid installments, while the remaining ones will be automatically canceled.

If the returned order (in full or partially) had generated loyalty points which were later converted into a discount voucher used on a subsequent order, Bagalier.com reserves the right to deduct the value of the voucher from the refund.

This deduction prevents an unfair financial advantage from retroactively canceling the conditions that generated the benefit.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges. Instead, a return with a refund will be processed, and the customer may place a new order for the desired item at any time

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 52 of the Italian Consumer Code and subsequent amendments, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days (starting from the day the goods are received), following the instructions outlined above. 

Return Shipping Costs (Withdrawal)
According to Article 57, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Code, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
The seller will provide a prepaid shipping label, and its cost will be deducted from the total refund

BAGALIER.COM reserves the right to use personal data voluntarily provided by users, in compliance with applicable laws (Art. 13 and following of Legislative Decree 196/2003). BAGALIER.COM guarantees users that the processing of personal data will be limited strictly to purposes directly related to the provision of its services. The data voluntarily provided by users will under no circumstances be disclosed or communicated to third parties. In the case of payment by credit card, the essential information required to complete the transaction (credit/debit card number, expiration date, security code) will be sent to the entity responsible for processing the payment, or possibly to companies responsible for fraud control, through an encrypted protocol. This ensures that third parties can in no way access the information. These details will never be viewed or stored by BAGALIER.COM. BAGALIER.COM complies with Italian legislation, particularly with the jurisdiction of the Court of Macerata, and declares: "Users who access this site agree that all matters relating to the use of the BAGALIER.COM website shall be governed by the laws of the Italian State. No guarantee is provided that the content of the website complies with legal requirements in other countries.
